All items in the pictures are as close to the actual product as possible. Small variations in color of tone are possible, especially in wood or leather products. We're always happy to send you photos of your actual blanks before any engraving takes place.
If you choose My Account you can see your previous orders and access receipts. In addition, the payment processor (Square) should automatically e-mail you a receipt.

This depends a lot on if we can source the items at a reasonable price again. Sometimes the items have gone up too much in cost to make it reasonable to sell after the labor involved to sell at a reasonable price.
If your interested in a larger quantity of an item, the economics of purchasing it may be different. Contact us and we can see what we can do.
We currently only support shipping in the United States due to the cost of shipping and fraud, theft, and lost package insurance for a small business like ours.
