Below is a detailed explantion, but in simple terms we want, and need, happy customers. These are personalized engraved items, so we can’t accept returns normally, but if you have any issues please contact us ASAP for help. 

Refund & Return Policy

As most of the items we sell are customized engraved products, they are not permitted to be returned. However, we will do everything we can do to fix or make right your order. Please use the contact us form to bring up any concern about your order before you order, during the creation of your personalized item, or after you receive your order. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please use the contact us form to reach out to us. We may require you to provide photos of the defective item, or ship it back to us, depending on the issue. 

Missing Items / Lost Shipments

We ship all items with tracking and insurance. If your item was not delivered, please contact us so we can investigate quickly the issue, and either locate the item or get a new one sent out to you.
